They have salary cap issues. Meesseman may play if Belguim is eliminated early during qualifying. She may sign with the Mystics for the prorated salary they have left in the salary cap. But it will be her last season in Washington.

They are better with either Wilson-Hamby or Cambage-Hamby as the frontcourt rather than Cambage-Wilson.

Having Cambage back doesn't actually make them that much better, imo. But it doesn't hurt either.
