Jonquel Jones is a player. She was a McD's AA who went to Clemson then GW, so she was under the radar.

Mystics, my local team, on the clock. Coach Mike is a good judge of talent.

Morgan said a lot of the UConn fans wanted her to stay an extra year, so she's staying, just playing for a different team, and that she loves Connecticut and the fans and is excited.
"Our coach knows what he's doing and made us the best players possible" I think I quoted her correctly. That should help with recruiting.

Rebecca called the pick of Tiffany Mitchell.

Dawn is there with her.

So glad that Courtney Williams got some first round love. She will have a long career in the WNBA and will be a good fit in Phoenix. Not a super star, but a really solid player who will up good numbers every year for them.

Boyette is wearing a nice dress and heels. She's 7' tall in heels.

Boyette to Chicago. Meh. Delle Donne needed some help and didn't really get it. I suppose she's going to have more of an impact than Bulgak would.

Pokey was pretty honest about wanting a defensive-minded interior player. Boyette fits that description.

I've always thought she was a stiff that was overrated because of her size. But we'll see. Probably a better fit for CHI than Bulgak but I like Bulgak better overall.

Question: Does the NY Liberty still own Michala Johnson's rights? Or is she draft eligible again this draft? I don't know the WNBA rule on this.
