Why isn't Richard Springs player?

He appears to have some offensive skill, and we know he had a reputation as a great rebounder. I would bet that he cannot defend at the level we need him to yet. I think he will certainly contribute to us before he is done here. It was definitely nice to see him get some minutes tonight.
 
Even Raff was hopping on Springs bandwagon with some positive feedback.

Glad to see Dan Hurley throw him a bone with some PT at MSG. Good for the young man's confidence.
