Why are there no more dominant big east scorers?

Show me a screenshot of the NCAA's record book for the championship in question.

As far as the record book is concerned, the NCAA official web page lists Louisville - with an asterisk, but they still list Louisville. In the real world, Louisville won that championship.
 
Going back to 2012 here. But comparing the top players on top 10 teams today to those from 2012 (which was thought to be a weak year draft wise)
