Why are some OT threads moved and others left?

i noticed 2 threads about tennis have now been moved, and yet there are other OT threads that don't even have anything to do with sports that remain. why?

Threads about pro sports are moved to the Pro Sports board. There are people from all boards interested inpro sports - no need to limit them to a bball board.
