Which Conference if only for M&WBB?

Winning doesn’t matter. Football Attendance and eyeballs would be what gets you in.

Now, if you became a bb only member at first, a lot of the teams in the conference would start scheduling you in football - at least at their place.

This is why ACC is the answer as long as your original question is modified to “Olympic sports only“. Baseball matters. Soccer matters. ACC is ideal for those and basketball.

But having UConn and Notre Dame being alike in the same way isn’t a bad place to be.
