Just a reminder of of a great kid with a non-stop motor who blocked or changed a ton of shots. You think we lose by 30 -THIRTY- points to unranked teams (plural teams) with him protecting our rim?

We had to listen to that cr#p for years. How do you like life without an elite seven foot shot blocker? We can't cheat out on the three point shooters because Brimah doesn't have our back. We not only miss his inside presence but our guards could cheat towards the arc and play the three point shooters closer with Brimah on the court.

Yep, this is another awful day in what promises to be an awful season. And yes, I'm using it to settle an old score.

This is a big middle finger to the Brimah haters. Have a nice day.

would like to know what’s going on around the program. Reading the board, you can take away little hints that people know things, but won’t say anything.

1. What are the issues, if any, Calhoun has with Uconn administration?

2. What, if any, are the issues between KO and JC?

3. Is Ollie able to get all the players he wants into the program? Is he at all being handcuffed by Susan?

We once had a team with Charlie Villaneuva, Jeff Adrien, and Hilton Armstrong....coming off the bench to spell Emeka Okafor and Josh Boone. True story.

Stop living in the past. Those days are not coming back.

Why are you asking questions about Calhoun? The real person you should be wondering about is currently coaching the team.

There is an ostensibly gaping Brimah hole in the middle of this team defensively, no question.

We'd still smell with him.

Yes he was a shot blocker. It was the one thing he could do when he was not on the bench with fouls. So we didn’t appreciate him enough and he was a great center for 4 years, right? We also gave up a ton of 3’s with him out there. Your point fails because it’s not Brimah we’re missing. We are missing any decent big man and most teams have one. The other thing we’re missing is a team that can run plays. Here’s another thing we’re missing. Players that can shoot. Players who defend.

Remember when I said despite his flaws we are going to miss him like crazy when we see next years front court? This program's defense has been built around great shot blockers with length. We don't have that and this staff has been incompetent finding any sort of remedy to this. Today was a layup line inside the lane that with Brimah would not have happened, we'd still lose because our coaches don't run an offense and our talent has been depleted but the uncontested layups from 6 foot guards would have been a little less.

Yeah he would block some shots after missing three chippies, letting five rebounds get ripped right out of his hands, doing a great impression of the Boo Willingham shuffle, and let 6 interior passes rifled to him go through his hands and into the student section.

Yeah that 6 pts and 4 rebounds and 2.5 blocks would have made Auburn weep. You guys are hilarious. He wouldn't have been around those uncontested lay ups either he was always out of position get a grip. They suck Brimah would do zero for this team!

Problem is Auburn had no one inside to stop our drives but good help defense. Uconn isn't good on offensive or defense this year.

Here are the answers to those stupid and irrelevant questions. Calhoun is not involved in UConn basketball. He’s coaching another team. I suspect he is very displeased with what Kevin has done to the program. He probably still loves him, the way a father loves a son who is a total screw up.

1. Who knows. It has no impact on the program.
2. Who knows, It has no impact on the program.
3. No.

Brimah was not good enough for this level and didn't develop in 4 years.

The fact that the current frontcourt is worse does not retroactively make Brimah a good player.

Ollie is just in over his head. There are some that share the sentiment that he is more concerned with extracurricular activities than he is about coaching UConn basketball.
