What is the current ranked talent on their roster? Next year's class is crazy for them.
 
How did Florida Atlantic lose to Bryant?
 
FAU is crushing Liberty. Liberty is 6-0 and actually #40 Kenpom (which is bubble territory)

Gaffney has 8 points in 26 minutes. He's been getting a lot of minutes the last few games
 
Butler looked good in OT win over Texas Tech to start Big East/Big 12 challenge. Butler could sneak in NCAA tournament. Lot of guys can score and Posh can deliver the rock and defend.

Texas trailing Texas State early 2nd. That would be horrible for our resume (only truly impressive win so far).

This was a really bizarre game.

Texas jumped out to a 25-4 lead in the first 8 minutes.

Texas State went on a 46-24 extended run over the next 21 minutes -- dominated for half of the game -- to lead 50-49 with less than 11 minutes to go.

Then Texas finally asserted themselves and closed on a 28-8 run.
 
Man, Houston is a scary, scary team this year. They're up 16-4 on Xavier after 5 mins. Claude looks good, but you can definitely tell Xavier don't have Freemantle or Hunter this year.

They have made a nice comeback in this game looked like it was going to be a blow out. He is not one of my favorite coaches and he annoyed me when he played for Pitt but Miller can coach. Sampson is also a very good HC, but the Big 12 is going to be a whole new ball game for them. They are still good but they are not going to have the same type winning percentage that the had in the AAC. KenPom still loves them though.
 
Houston v Xavier is a foulfest. There is a price that is "sometimes"(i.e who's are the ref's) paid for such great defenses.

I saw the ending...#1 Purdue loses in OT to Northwestern. BTW, Zach Edey is college basketball's Ivan Drago...just sayin'.
 
North Carolina hosts Florida State at 2 PM today.

Outside of the Villanova game, I haven't caught UNC much, so I'm curious how UNC will play against a team like FSU: they've got similar size to us in terms a big point guard (how will their 6'0 and 6'1 point guards play against FSU's 6'5 and 6'7 guards?

UNC will be tough. They score alot and like to run. Scoring 100 vs Tenn and beat Arkansas. Guards look fast ... i think we should slow the game down a bit. They probably will have a bunch of fans at MSG as well. Castle ?
 
Virginia embarrassing the Orange and Marquette struggling first half with Wisconsin. Guessing they make a run 2nd half.

Wisconsin has a really high ceiling when they play well, and they can also suck. They are a bit like Villanova in that way.

Exactly I agree. Virginia too. They’re making shots they’re good, if not it can get ugly fast for them. That’s what I like about our team, we can not shoot it well but still muck it up and compete most any time.

AJ Storr nice addition to the Badgers. They’re tough and the PG with the fro and blonde blotch is very disruptive.
 
Things looking grim for Marquette. Did Wisky just break out the "Overrated" cheer? :mad: PC beat these guys at the AMP.

I think The Battle is tied at 3-3.
