Week 9 - Jan 1 to 7

And they used their last time out to plan the defense, keeping them from advancing the ball after kitleys shot

I mean if you're NC State how do you not switch off or communicate on the screen for Kitley?? They're down 1 with 2 seconds left, the lob pass to their best player who's 6'6" is the OBVIOUS first option you have to defend.

You're not making me feel any better. I just wanted to go on the record with that.

Ha well I'm sorry. I was rooting for NC State. I'm only expressing my own disappointment which is a fraction of yours, I'm sure.

Yikes! Arkansas opening up a can on Georgia. 49-18 at the half!

.-.
I used to complain many years ago that there weren't enough WCBB games broadcast on TV. Now, the pendulum has swung the other way. There are 4 games I'm interested in seeing being broadcast all at the same time in the 4 pm to 6 pm window.

Going to be a hard afternoon for the remote!

Arkansas leads 74-32, with 7+ minutes left. That's just an embarrassing performance by Georgia.

.-.
Miami beat Wake Forest by 30. That's how you do it, other ACC teams. Not sure how they kept close to Florida St. and Virginia Tech.

VT won but man are they frustrating team to watch

Kitley is so good but someone has to coach and work with her on attacking the rim instead of so many fade away jumpers with her size.
The announcer was saying something similar. In her opinion, Kitley is too comfortable with the fade away because she shoots it so well.

Pili is playing for Utah today, so her recent injury must've been minor. Now in OT against Arizona.

Colorado was destroying Arizona St., but the Devils are making a game of it in the 4th quarter.

edit--35 points for Jalyn Brown, I don't even know who she is.

LSU/Ole Miss game has been entertaining. Looks like Ole Miss has their biggest crowd in school history for WBB, nice to see.

Arizona, which lost to Colorado by 1 point Friday night, beats Utah by 1 point in OT today.

Maybe Cal is better than I thought?

Oregon actually showed up today.

Cardiac Cats apparently.
Kitties in a miracle OT win down in the dirty t.

Pili hit the floor in Tempe in the first quarter on Thursday and didn't play much after, wonder if that impacted her play.

Gilbert is a baller!

Adair has 2 power 5 players.....Jaddan Simmons the CTT PG and Brown, a sophomore, is a transfer from Louisville

Who is that tall player for Oregon? She looks bigger than everybody else!

Kyei? 6-8 I think.

edit--they have 6-7 Basham also
They have a 6'8 player AND a 6'7 player? My gosh...why not play both of them at the same time and just completely shut down anything inside?

I don't think Basham is starting caliber. Vanslooten is probably their best player, don't think she would thrive at the 3. How many times has a team effectively used a twin towers in womens hoops? Even South Carolina didn't use Boston and Cardoso together all that much did they?

edit--don't listen to me, apparently Vanslooten, Kyei and Basham all started today, that's gotta be the tallest starting 5 in the country
