Saturday is probably the best single-day slate yet this season.

Six teams in the AP top 12 are playing each other:
Baylor at Texas
Utah at Colorado
USC at UCLA
2/3 of the games are Pac 12...

It sounds like Taylor Jones may be out for Texas this week.

IDK how much it impacts the matchup because Baylor has quick bigs and really hurt them last year.

Love the games on Saturday. Will have to find a way to nit be glued to the TV from 12-10. So many intriguing matchups including byu vs tcu

Wow, predicting NC State to lose to Virginia?

I get it. You're high-level with the reverse-psychology anti-jinx protection.

Oops.... I forgot about State. I shouldn't post on a empty stomach, I tend to make mistakes and overlook stuff.. State wins, but it won't be easy at all.

I hope State remains undefeated for awhile. It will make it that much sweeter when we knock them off.

No Harmon tonight. Reportedly was seen on crutches before game.

If she's not available on Saturday, might as well hand the W to Baylor now.

Hadn't watched any games for a while. Streamed Oregon St. vs. Morgan St. today. Beavs let them hang around in the first half, then buried them. Talk about a tale of two halves--1st half MSU scored 36, 2nd half they scored 15. Rueck was subbing liberally all game long. Several starters never really got going, but the 36 points from the bench made up for that.

If Morgan St. didn't enjoy their 29 point drubbing today, New Year's Eve will probably be worse when they visit Stanford.

Morgan State probably enjoyed the trip to Corvallis as much as the Oregon State athletic department enjoyed writing them the check.

Duke improves to 4-1 on the season vs teams with bird mascots with an uninspiring 68-34 victory over the Eagles of Coppin State. The score was 32-9 at the half. Next up.. the BC Eagles and then the Cardinals of Louisville.

Surprised to see that Georgetown is 10-2, after a W today! Easy schedule, sure, but the Hoyas have averaged 8-19 over the previous 4 years, so nice to see some life there.

BE is UConn/Marq/Creighton at the top, and Xavier at the bottom. Curious to see how the middle 7 sort themselves out. Seton Hall towards the top and Prov the bottom, but SJ - DeP - Vill - Butl - Gt?

Cal was sorta close to Stanford at the half, turned into a laugher after that. If Lepolo is gonna hit 6 3's in a game, pretty good chance Stanford is gonna win. That's just something you wouldn't ever expect to have happen.

Her previous career high was 5. I had forgotten that and so I was surprised it was that high. She seems much more accurate when she gets a kick-out pass and can shoot right away, as opposed to when she's got the ball on the perimeter looking for an opening to pass and her defender is playing way off daring her to shoot.

,UNC-Asheville defeated Brevard College (My Tornados) 72-34. My Tornados put up a fight, but couldn't deal with the size and talent of the Bulldogs. UNC-G raised their home court record to 8-0 with a 78-33 victory over Converse (Division II). Throw out the record books when the Spartans and the Valkyries meet up.
