this is a terrible loss for them, but I don't take any joy in this. They are a New England school, trying to compete in division one football 🏈 and we have had yrs where we might've been the worst team in division one. IMO be nice to see them become respectable and win a couple games here or there.

Their game at Indiana in 2 weeks is suddenly potentially interesting.

Heinstschel, despite being a true frosh, is a significant upgrade from Holstein at QB.. And Desmond Reid is back after going down in the OT loss to WVU. So Pitt's offense is definitely better.

There is zero evidence of Penn State being a good team this year. Has to be one of the biggest busts of a team that was rated highly coming into a season.
