Hall & Providence have to not wear this combo ever again. Could hardly tell which team was which on TV.

Cal can not use the freshmen card anymore. They still look awful right now.

Memphis with the jarring court paint makes watching the game painful. Consistently the strangest choices coming out of there.

.-.
Memphis is getting killed by the refs. One example: Texas A&M 3 point shooter gets blocked, then pulls his defender down on top of him and gets the foul call. There are many other examples.

Thank god we are no longer in a mid-major league.

Rutgers cruising to a win over Wake Forest. This is a somewhat un-Rutgers like season. Normally, Rutgers picks up a bunch of bad OOC losses before going over .500 in conference and screwing up the conference's computer rankings. This will be Rutgers' first quality win, so they aren't exactly helping the Big 10, but there are not UMASS or Lafayette quality losses by Rutty this year.
They beat Ohio State. They just didn't get the credit.

How about the phantom call and T just now? Refs trying really hard to give it to A&M.

So Purdue has looked lackluster against both Nebraska and Davidson. Any chance we jump them for No. 1 on Monday?

If we continue to win, we won't get the number one ranking until tPurdue looses.

It's disrespectful, but Uconn never gets respect. We would never get the number one ranking on our own merits, only when the teams in front of us fall.

.-.
Parlays are always bad bets. Better off just betting games straight up.

I think there's a chance. We are behind Purdue by 42 points. because a number the voters who had us ahead of Purdue won't change that. But there are a number of points we'll gain on them from jumping UVA (and for a few, Alabama). And I think voters whose #1 loses often re-evaluate who to place there. See last week, where Purdue jumped UVA in the wake of Houston's loss.

The Pitino Bowl is tonight on FS1:

Iona (7-2) vs New Mexico (10-0). I'll definitely record this game and watch it tomorrow, should be a good one!

.-.
Auburn-USC has been pretty fun to watch. Auburn up 39-35 at half after ending on a 14-2 run

KD Johnson is faster than I remember, and I remember him being real fast

USC was up 6 with 11 seconds to go, but Auburn got within 1 with 2.8 seconds left

KD Johnson meant to miss a free throw while down 2, but accidentally made it
Then just barely missed a half court shot at the buzzer that would have sent it into OT

Anyone happen to see the Kansas game yesterday and that quick look into the stands. 7 dudes with their shirts off lined up in order with first guy with a “W” 2nd guy with an “E” 3rd with a “heart painted” and the last 4 in order “D”, I”, “C”, “K”. I guess they like that freshman Gradey huh:eek::oops:

Given his long history of being Dookie V, I doubt UConn fans would do that. I'm not a fan myself. But I'm good with KU fans showing appreciation.

Lines are rolling out for tomorrow. Get em before they move. I've got my eye on Marquette and Duke even though they're playing away.
