Monmouth lost their last game against Princeton by almost 40 and lost to a pretty mediocre seton hall team earlier this year by almost 30. But hey, at lease Cuse knocked off an atrocious Georgetown team I guess.

Syracuse up 2 at the half. Rice up 4 over Texas at the half. Obviously a tough situation for Texas players.

Creighton looking horrible again. Down 31-20 3:42 left 1st half. I keep thinking they may turn it around soon but…maybe not

Creighton w/o Kalkbrenner is not a tourney team. Have not seen any statement on his condition other than he's "ill".

Kaluma, Nembhard, and Alexander are a combined 1-14 from the field. Team is shooting 21.9% so far.

Rumors around Creighton is that he has mono. But weird they'd still keep him around the team, even if it's not a super contagious disease.

Their offense is currently chaotic in a bad way. Hurried and settling for wild, low quality shots.

Previous years teams would be high-motion with purpose culminating in quality shots.

Would think McDermott should be able to get them to a better place.

Maybe Scheierman is a chemistry disruptor?

I think their freshman kid King might be better than Kalkbrenner has been this year.

I would play them both.

B. Hurley got a really stupid technical foul. His guy knocked the defender over then flops and doesn't get a call he didn't deserve, and Hurly basically puts two points on the board for Creighton.

Edit: I take back what I said about Hurley's T. He has gotten at least 3 makeup calls since he got that T.

Kaluma and Nembhard are not nearly as good as they think they are.

Arizona State is an incredible shooting team that takes a lot of truly terrible shots. If they simply didn't take insane shots, ASU would be up 15 right now.

Looked to me that the defender slipped and as he went down he pushed and tripped the Sun Devil player. Just what I saw. But then again I’m old.

Hurley has probably gotten 8-10 straight 50/50 calls. That T looks brilliant in hindsight.

This ASU team is good and could do some real damage in the Pac 12. They have to take smarter shots though.

That was a double dribble by ASU. How does a ref miss a double dribble in a college game?
