they actually made the ncaa tournament last year! ran into UNC on their crazy run in the 8/9 matchup.

Fran just killed them the last 10 minutes of the game. Cuse is in a tough spot. JB clearly doesn't want to retire. Do they force him out? The Hopkins fiasco killed that program.

That job is becoming less attractive by the day. Their old recruiting hotbeds are now in Big East and Big Ten territory.

They destroyed Baylor and played Purdue really close at Purdue before Purdue destroyed Duke and Gonzaga on a neutral court, they're very good.

The box score on that Cuse game is kind of wild. Zero Cuse players in double figures, Mintz went 3/16, and they shot 28% as a team. If you hold your opponent to 36% and lose by 29, something has gone horribly wrong.

They have an easier schedule this year than last year. They face UNC and Duke just once in the regular season.

Maquette is looking really good against Baylor. If not for a few really deep three point shots, Baylor would be down 40. Marquette is unranked, and Baylor is ranked sixth. Reminds me of game in 1993 where Virginia was ranked sixth and Connecticut was unranked and UConn totally dominated.
