Great ending to Wake/Utah Valley. Well designed play by Wake to go length of the court in 3.3 seconds and get a high percentage 3 attempt.

Aww crud. This blows. This is why I don’t want Gonzaga in the Big East. I hate late games.

Michigan St / UK might be one of the sloppiest games I’ve seen in awhile.

.-.
I just subjectively hate both of these teams. Don’t mind me and my bias :)
I hate them me I hate that they will cost me 40 minutes of sleep.

Always good to see Kentucky and Calipari lose. Clearly, Kentucky needs better facilities.

.-.
Starting an hour late because they had to reveal the CFB rankings that were supposed to come at halftime. Die ESPN scum!

Waiting for my first chance to see Grady Dick in live action. He’s very fortunate he’s good with a name like that.

Losses to Penn State and Northwestern the past 2 nights are not great for the Big East and certainly doesn’t help my argument about the Big Ten being overrated…Marquette looked like they wanted to help but..

.-.
This game is sloppy as hell. Feels like KU should have a bigger lead. The phrase “punchable face” was invented for guys like Scheyer. I’m curious as to how he’d fare without a roster full of McDonalds All-Americans because this squad feels very much like one where he just rolls the balls out and let’s them do their thing.

So, early impressions. KU plays good D. Quick, athletic, lots of steals. Don’t have the rim protector they are used to. They still run really pretty offense. So much motion.

Fillipowski is good. Is he really 7’? Moves really well. Duke is huge. By the end of the year they will be really tough. Look a bit disjointed now.

I don’t know if it’s Scheyer or the fact that they have one player from last year. These guys aren’t on the same page, but when they are, they look pretty hard to match up with. UConn among the few teams that might be big enough.

I won’t watch Duke vs Kansas on principle.

Watching Cal in danger against an 0-2 UC San Diego team. Win or lose this game, the league is off to a terrible start. How is the PAC 12 so bad at basketball?

Duke’s size really starting to pay off. I’m not sure when I’ve seen a bigger group of skilled players. Filliposwski is like a faster more athletic Karaban, who is 7’. Lock lottery pick. I’d love him for the Celtics. Lively is impressive too.

So much D ick
