My heart is kinda’ aligned with your picks but my head says vote a straight ticket of home teams.

Indiana and Tennessee is a toss up for me. I'm not trying to hedge but there's something about Indiana that gives me pause in giving Tennessee the win.

Indiana brought in some good depth at guard with Scalia and Parrish transferring in. Berger is also back and I like the potential Garzon brings to the team as a freshman. Will Powell and Scalia defend each other during the game? Who wins that battle between former team mates?

Key vs Holmes in the post will be something I'm watching. Holmes is healthy and with those ailments from last season behind her. She has great footwork inside and her outside shot doesn't get enough credit in my opinion. Key seems to struggle with these types of post players from what I've seen.

I think this could be a really entertaining game. Looking forward to it.

I hope that Creighton vs Nebraska game is viewable on national TV. Creighton really is a fun watch and so is Nebraska for that matter.

I like the Oklahoma at Utah game on Wednesday. Both teams have beat up on low level competition to start the season but nonetheless they both have a lot of talent. It could easily be a top 25 matchup.

I'm kinda stunned that Utah isn't ranked to start the season. They lost a few players from last year, but return several key players. Finished last year strong. It's a head scratcher.

If we're thread drifting from big games to just week 2 games in general, I caught the 4th quarter of Miami vs. Boston U. Latimore had a big game. Fr. big Spearman shows some potential. The Cavinders both are looking to pass before they shoot. Each had 5 assists. They probably approached the game very differently at Fresno St. because there weren't a whole lot of other scoring options there I'm guessing.

I agree and as u said it's early and she is coming back from multiple injuries.

Without having seen the game (darn u big ten plus) i think it is encouraging they had 5 double digit scorers, including Faith who is also gradually increasing her minutes and coming off surgery. Also Brinae Alexander though coming off the bench is improving and seems like she's going to have a key role on the team.

Indiana over Tennessee I haven’t seen Indiana this year, but I have seen Tennessee. Teri Moren is a good coach, and the freshman guard from Israel seems really good.
