Week 15 preview (Feb. 14-20)

Because cable networks need to pay money to the providers and sports networks typically charge pretty hefty fees. (Thus the reason why cord cutting was particularly disastrous for ESPN.) Outside of Texas, who wants to watch a Texas-centric network? A cable network is not going to pay $2-3/subscriber for something no one watches. Same reason the PAC network doesnt have much coverage east of the Rockies.
OT: I would watch LHN if Texas was playing Oklahoma...in softball :)

Yes, that's inevitable as no other school in the SEC has its own TV network with ESPN. All schools are part of ESPN's SEC TV Network (which is currently operated out of Charlotte, NC). Most expect that LHN (operated in Austin, TX) will kind of be spun into a second SEC TV Network station in order to air more SEC sports content. Obviously, it could be shut down altogether based on cost.

Oklahoma will also lose their third-tier TV rights agreement with Bally Sports network.
That is disappointing because I enjoyed watching Oklahoma on Bally Sports, especially now that they have a good team.

Bummer

That shot hung on the rim for forever. Talk about a game that could've gone either way. I'm sure @triaddukefan is suffering some indigestion suddenly.

NC ST can now lose a game and still win ACC regular season
Wins over Syracuse and Wake will do it

But it does help his wolf pack.
An early clinching of the ACC title for NC State will not be nearly enough to offset his angst at watching the Carolina Blue-clad folks rejoicing in their big win.

The bigger issue right now is the game against UVA.
Prepare to see a lot of pandas destroying computes

Another important ramification of UNC's win today is that it puts them in position to compete for a double-bye in the ACC tournament. Currently in 6th but only a half-game behind both Georgia Tech and Notre Dame.

guess I won't be hearing any Jeff Walz coach of the year posts this week, LOL! Nc st the best team in the Acc as they always were wins the conference title.

That was embarrassing... Flashback to the McCallie era....... and all the liquor stores are closed.

Pretty much everybody is still on the bubble right? Florida St. maybe kept their slim hopes alive against fellow bubblicious Boston College.

It's unbelievable how many pathetic power 5 teams are still on the bubble.
