Put in simple terms… half the country has gone to bed by the time west coast games start.I wonder why the West Coast games do not get better ratings, because they have much less competition from both other games and just regular programming than those schools located in the eastern and central time zones. I love watching the Pac 12 or Big West on ESPN/ESPN+ as I fall asleep. The ends of Washington vs. Colorado and UCSD vs. Cal Poly were both entertaining last night.

Fact check: LMU’s first win over Gonzaga since 1991.LMU’s first victory over Gonzaga EVER.
Yeah, I was going to say LMU was spectacular there for awhile.Fact check: LMU’s first win over Gonzaga since 1991.
I would take him in a heartbeat. He shoots the three badly but he does what our guards don't do. He gets into the lane and scores easily off the bounce. He turns it over a tad too much but he is a good passer.Primo spears is nasty. Hope he comes here after Ewing is canned.
If Dan Hurley took Primo over Newton, we wouldn't have experienced Newton's first few games, then his regression, so that wouldn't be in our memory banks. Instead, this board would be full of critiques of Primo's consistent poor decision-making and sloppy play, because that's just who the BY is.Serious question- did Hurley look at Primo Spears in the portal? He’s from CT. Did he not want to come home? Any insight into this?
Newton was better on paper. Spears wasn’t this good as a freshman.Serious question- did Hurley look at Primo Spears in the portal? He’s from CT. Did he not want to come home? Any insight into this?
That and his defense. If Dan Hurley took Primo over Newton, we wouldn't have experienced Newton's first few games, then his regression, so that wouldn't be in our memory banks. It’s true. But we really need someone who can create offense when the set breaks down. I think our staff would reign in some of his sloppiness as well.If Dan Hurley took Primo over Newton, we wouldn't have experienced Newton's first few games, then his regression, so that wouldn't be in our memory banks. Not just on here, this is what every fan base does.If Dan Hurley took Primo over Newton, we wouldn't have experienced Newton's first few games, then his regression, so that wouldn't be in our memory banks. I never thought they were too good this year, closed out some earlier games they really had no business winning. Self isn't playing his highly ranked freshman so they lack depth but the one thing they have over UConn is they have a go to player. Well, they also have Self so it's two things.Kansas has the similar problems we do. Their starting center is 6’7” and doesn’t rebound. They have a bench that is giving them way less than what we get from our bench. And they only have 1 guy (Wilson) who can create his own offense. It may finally be catching up to them. They had been on the right side of 4 one-possession games in conference play. Their record could very easily be looking like ours right now
Self can't coach I guessKU just lost at home by 23. their 2nd loss in a row.
But wait, they play 4 out, so they must win right? LMAo. McCormack isn't walking through that door. And we're actually not that similar. Their guard play is much better than ours, and Sanogo is much better than Adams. difference is Wilson and Dick are miles ahead of AJax and Karaban.Kansas has the similar problems we do. Actually the guard play is the problem right now. None of the three guards is making shots, they are slumping and so they stopped shooting. So defenses are basically guarding just the front court guys. So the struggles look a lot like UConn‘s right now. Defense was awful today too, but the main issue is no offense from the guards, so they are easy to defend. Adams is a heck of a player, but he’s overmatched playing center against some teams. But wait, they play 4 out, so they must win right? LMAo. McCormack isn't walking through that door.
