I concur with Gus Mahler: "I hope they will put her banner next to Mo and Stewie and before CD, so the trio are together there forever". They came in together, they can stay together......Always.
During future first nights, and basketball reunions in the future, these 3 will ALWAYS be the most celebrated class in UConn lore. Because they won 4! Their record can only be tied, it can NEVER be broken.

We're watching history in the making. This is no doubt is one of those immortal records (DiMaggio's 56 game hitting streak, Cal Ripken's 2,632 consecutive games played streak or Johhny Vander Meer's record of being the only pitcher in Major League Baseball history to throw two consecutive no-hitters), that will stand the test of time .

Its not often you are able to see history made right in front of you, and realize the novelty of what you're watching. This record will stand at least the rest of our life times, and well beyond. UConn and Tennessee (96-98) are the only Division 1 programs that has won 3 NC's in a row. Of course UConn has done it twice. No other programs can seem to do it. Only Baylor, USC, Stanford and Louisiana Tech have two.

Carnac, with MoJo ...what's the word... miscreants!!! miscreants like you!!! We are

A highly notable omission from the WBCA list is Rachel Banham.
Maybe?? But who would you take off the list? Keep in mind that every players selected team's were in the NCAA tournament. IMO Kelsey Minato -Army whose team did make the tournament would have been a better selection than Banham.

I'm not saying she should've been included, necessarily. I just thought it was mildly surprising after Banham was selected AP First Team.

That goes at the heart of who voted though. AP is reporters-The lazy ones look at the box score and say Banham 46 Points she must be good. Oh look she got a tweet from Kobe let me stick that in there because everyone knows who Kobe is and that proves that I'm right.
WBCA is coaches voting and it's real easy. If I don't have a game plan for Courtney Williams I'm probably going to lose. Banham she can get 30 & I can still win.

Or 50+, as Michigan State proved.

You see a nice picture- I agree.
I see a genuine Boneyard height controversy-You?

No controversy.........until you look at their shoes.
I suspect one may be wearing "flats" (KLS), while Napheesa is wearing a short or low heel shoe. Its gotta be the shoes (remember Spike Lee in those Jordan commercials?).

Some tall young ladies don't want to draw any more attention to themselves than they already do, so they wear flats when they dress formally. Not being able to find the right type or color high heel shoe that compliments their outfit, may be another reason they're not in heels on a particular evening. I'll bet if we could take a quick peek at their footwear, this question would be solved.

The fact that you have to "look at shoes" is a definitive sign of a controversy.
