I’m not mad at it. I’d still have UCLA ahead of UConn, but I do think UConn has done more to justify being ranked ahead of Southern Cal.

I’m not mad at it. I’d still have UCLA ahead of UConn, but I do think UConn has done more to justify being ranked ahead of Southern Cal.

They did just beat previously unbeaten UCLA., so I am good with that.

That seems about right. I wasn't sure if we'd be #9 or 8 - but just keep winning, and the other teams ahead of us will cannibalize each other so we will have chances to keep moving up. We just need to beat ND and show well against SC...

Moving UP 4 places is pretty good. The Highest Ranked 3 loss team, and ahead of every 2 loss team except 1. I'll take it. Polls schmolls. The National Championship is won on the Court on April 7th... UCONN has as much of a chance of being there as anyone.

Good point. I don't know how the AP voters are chosen but CT publications have 2 voters: Carl Adamec and Roger Cleaveland.

Wow... I just looked at her votes. She has ND at 9... Marquette at 16, Arkansas at 22.... Florida State at 23... Washington State at 24.... and SOUTHERN MISS at 25.

Yes. Who's the best team they've beaten? They were getting votes for winning but it certainly wasn't for quality wins.
