So which one did you hire?

I hired the intern thank goodness because she was the absolute best assistant I ever had. Sharon Stone actually went on to get a job in the Legal Department where my wife worked though!

Seems to be a good deal of educators in this thread. Anyone on the job hunt noticing roles that are essentially admin roles with admin responsibilities and require admin levels of cert and education but teacher pay? Titles like “facilitator” or “liaison” instead of traditional admin titles.

My district has lots of “coaches” now as well as dean positions which give you a stipend on top of your teachers salary.
