UMass > MAC for all sports in 2025-2026

You are so wrong. Umass doesn't have any.
Proving my point. Then in your case since UMass has no fans then only Boneyard people are talking about UMass. Is this sort of like not being able to turn away from witnessing a train wreck.

My guess is the boneyard spends more time talking about UMass sports than UMass own fans.
Probably. Right about now I imagine them sitting silently with their heads down - all 3 of them.)

(Agree that this thread's longevity is weird though.)

Just speculating, but exit fee fees/entrance fees may have encouraged them to rethink that trip.

The schedule was just full.

Hawaii just didn't make any sense with a conference slate. They have the eight conference games.

You have the "god, I hope we can win" FCS buy game against Stony Brook. You have the "this will hurt but it will pay the bills" road game for a million at Indiana. Then they owe Temple a return game for the series extension that had Temple in Amherst this past season. And then UConn.

Hawaii just didn't make any sense. But again, if they were dead set on flying to New England in August, we really could squeeze them in. (But I'm guessing they want a home and home and I don't think that would work well for us, certainly not in 2028 given our projected schedule.)

Two of the current ten most active threads on this board started in 2012 and 2013. We have a pizza thread that is 15 years old. There are middle schoolers who were not alive when some of our current conversations started. None of those conversations have even come close to getting around to the central point of their existence let alone a conclusion.

This thread is still in its infancy. We have not even started yet.

.-.
I know a UMass fan.

Not giving away his location. It's like protecting the last dodo bird.
This sounds alot like "I have a girlfriend!!! She lives in Canada. You never met her."

In our Orlando neighborhood, there are a lot of college flags being flown. Our UConn flag stands proudly in our front yard. Two blocks over there’s a rather tattered, faded UMass flag that seems to be a rather accurate reflection. LOL, even the Rutgers fans down the street have better representation

The Rutgers fans are friends of ours. We trade friendly barbs about Cam Newton - good folk. Matt the Villanova fan stopped talking to us 2 years ago
