UConn vs. PC at Mohegan 10/25, tickets on sale now

Why they dont move the AAC tournament site to Mohegan, i'll never know. I know it rotates but seems dumb not to put it there.
Because 150 million fans from other schools (mostly cincy) will start complaining that its "home court advantage" but for whatever reason think putting it in Orlando isnt.

Update: Lower Bowl has about 300ish tickets left. Still tons of good seats available up top and down low.

I'd think fans of other schools would rather gamble at the casino than gamble their lives in hartford (i kid)

If I were to go up the day of the game and buy from the box office, would the fees be less?
Any more available? I live less than 5 minutes from Mohegan.

If you live that close - go buy the tickets direct from the Mohegan Sun Box Office. No Ticketmaster fees - just a facility fee so the $10 tickets are $12 and the $25 tickets are $27.

Box office is open daily from 10-8?

Will be televised on Fox Sports Go.

Great for all of us out of towners that can't view in person!

Providence and UConn's hurricane benefit game on Oct 25th at Mohegan Sun will be available on Fox Sports GO, source tells me #pcbb #gofriars

Hopefully money made from TV will go to the charity as well

What is Fox Sports Go? Is it different than Fox Sports 1 and 2?

Hopefully tcf can get a hold of it for huskygames, will deff be a scrimmage that people will want to rewatch I'm sure

The difficult part will be that Fox Sports Go appears to not keep a library of recent recordings on hand like WatchESPN does. That's how I normally get my hands on games so this would require having to record the game as it is happening i.e. live. There might be other ways, but that's just within the parameters of what I am capable of. I would assume DVR options are out of play as well since this is on an app.

Need someone to come thru that's not going to be at Mohegan.

I'll see if I can set something up. Problem is I'm going to the game.

What does the Mohegan Sun pay the teams for this game? Or does every penny go to charity? Many fundraisers do not give 100% to charity. Anyone know?

Can't imagine the NCAA, which is bending rules to allow these games to happen in the first place, would allow the teams to profit off it as well

Would be interesting to see how many downloads of Fox Sports Go are because of this game (and then subsequently deleted).

It's actually been a life saver during the baseball playoffs specifically for games on FS1 and if you're a Yankees fan, all the games on YES are simulcast on the app as well for free if you have a cable subscription.

They have also done a great job for the BE on it for other sports (not that I watch them myself). Just about all the soccer matches, women's basketball games, baseball etc... for the conference are streamed on it.

Except they don't post recordings, which makes it difficult to get recordings of these things up on YouTube. It's pretty easy to rewatch any UConn game that was on SNY, ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, or ESPNNews and put together highlights, which covers about 75% of our games every season. I believe they hold onto games for either 30 or 60 days.

If Fox Sports followed a similar practice it would be on similar footing. I think I also read today that CBS Sports is finally getting in the game on streaming as well which would really be nice to get 100% coverage on UConn games on this type of system.
