UConn vs. PC at Mohegan 10/25, tickets on sale now

Any news on it being televised?

Guessing that it won’t be because it’s for charity and they want fans in seats not watching

Think we pretty much blew our shot at ever hosting another tourney with our pathetic showing this past March.

To be fair, the prices were outrageous for the tournament. Wasn't it like 65 or so for the upper deck?

Let’s focus on the here and now. I think the AAC and NBE media days may have deflected some attention from the game. All we can do is buy tickets and go. Hopefully, enough of people will do that. Free parking and $10 tickets - is reasonable - too bad TicketMaster is not playing nice in the charity sandbox with their fees.

Unless you live 3000 miles from Mohegan. Hoping it's on paid husky vision or something and they donate stream fees

If I were to go up the day of the game and buy from the box office, would the fees be less?

They were dirt cheap from what I remember. I bought the full strip for what probably amounted to $5 per game and that was for decent seats.

The fans that were there were great. But as I've said before, it's a small, finicky base relative to what the program has accomplished. Northeast sports fans in general tend to be the spoiled sort simply because of how many options they have. It's a saturated market that doesn't necessarily lend itself to building cult-like college fan bases. I hate it but it is what it is.

They were cheap a week before on StubHub . I Bought a full strip for $15. BUT if you wanted to buy tickets from XL they were going for $60 per game in the upper deck. I have never understood the pricing model for the aac. They think this is the big east tournament

Regardless we did a terrible hosting job as fans

Why they dont move the AAC tournament site to Mohegan, i'll never know. I know it rotates but seems dumb not to put it there.
Because 150 million fans from other schools (mostly cincy) will start complaining that its "home court advantage" but for whatever reason think putting it in Orlando isnt.

Update: Lower Bowl has about 300ish tickets left. Still tons of good seats available up top and down low.

I'd think fans of other schools would rather gamble at the casino than gamble their lives in hartford (i kid)

Any more available? I live less than 5 minutes from Mohegan.

If you live that close - go buy the tickets direct from the Mohegan Sun Box Office. No Ticketmaster fees - just a facility fee so the $10 tickets are $12 and the $25 tickets are $27.

Box office is open daily from 10-8?

Will be televised on Fox Sports Go.

Great for all of us out of towners that can't view in person!

Providence and UConn's hurricane benefit game on Oct 25th at Mohegan Sun will be available on Fox Sports GO, source tells me #pcbb #gofriars

Hopefully money made from TV will go to the charity as well

What is Fox Sports Go? Is it different than Fox Sports 1 and 2?

Hopefully tcf can get a hold of it for huskygames, will deff be a scrimmage that people will want to rewatch I'm sure

The difficult part will be that Fox Sports Go appears to not keep a library of recent recordings on hand like WatchESPN does. That's how I normally get my hands on games so this would require having to record the game as it is happening i.e. live. There might be other ways, but that's just within the parameters of what I am capable of. I would assume DVR options are out of play as well since this is on an app.

Need someone to come thru that's not going to be at Mohegan.

I'll see if I can set something up. Problem is I'm going to the game.

What does the Mohegan Sun pay the teams for this game? Or does every penny go to charity? Many fundraisers do not give 100% to charity. Anyone know?
