Thought our floor was E8. House money after that. Enjoying an adult beverage and waiting for Bill Raff to guide us home from here. Still think the pressure is on Michigan to keep us from our rings.

You "expect" him to say that every badly missed shot was actually a pass? I have never in my life seen any other coach claim such a thing

I wonder what the box score is going to look like at the end of the night. I’m guessing Reed will be humbled in points against the big guys down low. I think Karaban might be our big scorer point wise because they will switch to stop ball and Mullins from having huge nights. but bench points from Ross Stewart and smith will total more than there bench and finally Silas with a triple double. First to 70 maybe 75 wins the game.

same same same - I actually have another hour or so of work and I'm trying desperately to not be a total F up.
 
I was in the house money camp to a degree but like others have discovered that isn’t quite the case as I have to tell my Apple Watch every two minutes that I am not having a cardiac event.

I feel like we need 15 from Reed. He's going to be vital - needs to use his width to establish some presence inside Mara and ideally get some fouls. I don't expect a monster game, but we can't have a donut. Important will be Tarris not getting into FT. I'll be curious if they go after him early to see if they can get an early foul. Tarris needs to avoid the reach in and fouls away from the rim. Hopefully Breeding doesn't make it about him with Tarris.
 
Since we're (as usual) carrying the flag of the Big East, let's win this one for Ramon Ramos, Andrew Gaze, and John Morton!
 
Watching the new-look Pirates play like the old-look Pirates. But I refuse to watch the pre-game blather. I'll tune in a 8:50 and not a moment before.
 
I just dont want to see those stupid "set the tone" fouls manufactured early by the refs. It's the player's game. Let them set the tone.

That said these games are about matchups, defense, turnovers, coaching, and in the end shooting. That last one is the only area of concern. Make your open shots and we compete. It's unlikely they can play a better game than their best game which we've seen. We've still got more in the tank.

Since I started watching the title game in the late 1970s, only one team was ever cheated, and that's Ramos's Pirates.
 
Alright boys it’s just about game time.

We exorcised the seton hall demon, we exorcised the ghosts of Washington 2006 we finally slayed the Kansas dragon. One last demon winning it all in a Midwest city.
 
I saw a Seton Hall sticker on a car today. We’re winning it for them
 
Solo, Tarris and Demary getting in early foul trouble put us in a hole, and we just never was able to bounce back from it. Great season, though.

We got to bring some size through the portal.
