Puncher’s chance.

They’re more talented, we have a distinct coaching edge and basically an entire season’s worth of close games, so they’re not going to be rattled late.

Also, there’s no Pitino in a close game to bench his best shooter to let Duke off the hook…

Not sure what you're looking at, but it's wrong. Maliq Brown is #1 in the country in both D-BPM and adjusted D-RTG on Torvik.

Not at all nervous. If we make shots and aren't careless with the ball I think we'll win, if we're sloppy and bad from three I expect a loss.

A win and another final 4 would be huge but I haven't been a big believer in this team as the season progressed so I'm happy and satisfied with the elite 8. I hope the team plays smart but loose and pressure free.
 
Too many questions marks on our end
Solo and Braylon are wildly inconsistent offensively and consistently terrible defensively
Our guards are below average positional rebounders
We foul a lot, and rarely get ourselves to the FT line ; Duke is the total opposite
We have no bench and no viable backup true 4/5s
Silas is not close to 100%
Not a great 3pt shooting team

This game could get ugly by late 1st half/early 2nd half

My only concern is the refs. Let both teams play. I never complain about “bad calls” but if there’s a massive differential in FTs between the two teams, I know it won’t go our way.

If the differential in FTAs is not 30-10, I will be shocked.

I’m ok with any outcome so long as we leave it all out there. This team has fought and clawed all year to get to this point. Nothing has been easy. It’s only fitting the get the “impossible” task to get to the final 4. Keep it close. One thing this teams knows how to do, is win.

I trust this coaching staff. A much worse team almost beat the champs last year. When everyone thought it’d be impossible. Hurley has a way of doing legendary things. I feel weirdly good about 5:05 PM ET

We’ve seen monsters before. Bring ‘em on.

Amazing how "disciplined" Duke is on D/calls re: fouls during NCAA Tournament. FTs taken- Siena game D:21 S:6// TCU game D:23 TCU:10// ST J's game D:24 STJ:8 .. 68-24.. Coincidence??

Boozer draws a lot of fouls inside especially with his pump fakes. He has drawn 21 of those 68 fouls in those three games.
