Yes, this was in the paper this morning. Stinks.It sounds like Stewart is going to play very limited minutes going forward.
Just under eight minutes into the game, Jaylin Stewart entered the contest for the first time in over a month. The junior wing suffered a knee injury in mid-February that kept him out of nine straight games until Friday night. He quickly made up for lost time, canning a 3-pointer and hitting a free throw right off the bat. But he didn't return to the game after three minutes of action, watching the latter half from the bench with his knee heavily wrapped.
Stewart said afterwards that he knew he didn't re-injure his knee but knew he wouldn't play much on Friday night or, for that matter, the rest of the tournament.
