Mason out of then 7th with no damage after the first two hitters reached. Impressive that he got Washington's .350 lead off hitter out for the fourth time to end it.
 
Gloves keeping us in the game for sure. Can't keep tempting fate.

Does Feole come back out for the 8th? He's at 96 pitches.

Has to if there is anything left in his tank. One thing we can't do is spend two innings of Wallace and lose the game anyway.
 
They were preparing to take DeMers out when we had the two straight hits. Had Moriarity not GIDP on the next pitch, I think we were close. If we can get another couple guys on in the 8th, maybe they'll take him out.
