Moriarty pinch runs for Fedko, he will stay in as a defensive replacement.

Crazy long game. I hope they can get in the second.

Can't wait for the new facility with lights.

I’d like to see Penders pull Wallace for Holmes here and have PJ warming. Having a 4 run lead should be sufficient for Holmes and it would allow UConn to go to Wallace again either today or tomorrow. I won’t hold my breath though. Penders will let it ride with his 2-3 favorite bullpen options no matter who’s in the pen or the situation from what I’ve seen through the years.

No surprise, Wallace stays in to pitch the top of the 8th. I'm thinking Penders does not want to not pitch Poulin in this game, saving him for the last two games of this series.

I do get/understand your point but I would prefer not to experiment and get the much needed conference win.

The midweek games are the time for that sort of experimentation. Too bad those games got cancelled, despite the bad RPI's of those teams.

9th inning, and UCF has a rally going against Wallace. 2 out, 2 runs in, and runners on 2B and 3B. Intentional walk to load the bases.

8-8 tie with UConn coming to bat in the bottom of the 9th.
