UConn v. UCF (Updated Schedule ~ Sat. 4/7 Noon @J.O.C. & Double-Header Sun. 4/8 @8:30a.m.@ J.O.C.)

UConn has 6 hits and has been graciously gifted 4 errors by UCF in 3 innings and the only have 3 runs?

Deflected ball interference is a tough call - assume it was off pitcher?

Ya. I just think you go with the original call instead of having to be convinced for 10 minutes by the UCF Coach. Total momentum killer.

Do they play 7 or 9 on double header days? Asking for a friend.

We cannot lose this again after another clownshoes disgraceful performance by UCF's defense. We can't.

Runners on 1st and 3rd, 2 out. UConn making a pitching change. Poulin coming in for the final out.

You guys are a tough crowd. It couldn't have been above freezing when the game started, probablynot above 35 or so now, and you're bashing baseball players for fielding? Florida players? And upset that we don't have lights on the field? So that we could play games 10 degrees colder at night?

Sheesh. There is a reason that northern programs aren't spending the money on college baseball that southern programs are.

12 errors in 16 innings is bad no matter how you spin it. Plenty of southern teams have visited Storrs when it’s been this cold and done just fine.

Thanks for the cameo...

This win wasn't very satisfying, save for the awesome Gardner performance. I'm still salty about yesterday.

Still, the opportunity to beat a ranked team 2 out of 3 is still there.

More red on the UConn uniforms this year. Fairfield U is heavily using some charcoal gray-ish color in their baseball program now, for anyone who cares for this kind of stuff.

Susi catching again? I thought for sure that he and Phillips would reverse rolls from the first game. That's some wear and tear on the knees.
