That was an unimpressive series sweep at home of a poor team, but a sweep nonetheless.
The sweep pulls us into what is virtually a 4 way tie for first. We, X, Creighton and the Redmen are all playing .667 ball. With us and X at 8-4 and the Johnnies and Jays both at 6-3, we're in the strange position of, with X, being 1/2 a game up on the other two in the standings, but a game behind the other two in the loss column. But anyone else (most likely 'Nova) breaking into that top 4 is looking like a long shot. We need to finish the homestand with two weekday wins, and then head down to Queens and take 2 of 3.
