All of that to watch an Exhibition game on a laptop? It would be so much easier to just turn on the TV and watch on FS1.The following steps will help you navigate how to watch the game on your computer.
If you have created a sign in and made a payment through this link:
Huskies All-Access - Powered by SIDEARM Showcase - University of Connecticut Athletics
clicking it again you will show you your one day subscription is now activated . (Step 1)
Click the Husky logo and the words "Huskies All-Access" on the upper left. That will bring you to uconnhuskies.com web site. (Step 2)
Click the box with UCONN + on the upper left. (Step 3)
In the upper bar click the calendar symbol (the symbol closest to the Husky logo of the five symbols to the right of the logo) and that will bring up the calendar of UConn sports. Go to October 28th on the calendar and click on the mens bb (ball icon MBB) and that will bring you to the event and the box to watch the game.
For an iphone follow the first three steps which will bring you to two boxes under the UConn heading. The box on the left (red) is highlighted "Stories". Click the right non highlighted box which has the word UConn+. It will turn pink after clicking it.
That will bring you to a new screen. Scroll down to Huskies Schedule and you will see the game listed. Don't know what happens after this because clicking on it currently does nothing. I imagine when it's 7 PM clicking it will bring you to the game.
The UConn+ app on Roku shows the game will be available for both video and audio. I have no idea if my subscription will allow me to activate it on the Roku. Keeping my fingers crossed.
Definitely not for the casual viewer. All of that to watch an Exhibition game on a laptop? It would be so much easier to just turn on the TV and watch on FS1.

Not streaming nationally. Only local viewership. Not sure if the WFSB+ app will work for this game, however it is free and does indicate: WFSB+ is your live, local free source to stream Channel 3 24/7.

Just to confirm. If you live outside CT, the WFSB + plus app wont have the game? Not streaming nationally. Only local viewership.
Can this be circumvented using a VPN?Not streaming nationally. Only local viewership.
From their website:Just to confirm. If you live outside CT, the WFSB + plus app wont have the game?
No idea. Can this be circumvented using a VPN?
No, it doesn't matter one bit who wins or loses.hey all, quick q -
not really a bball follower but i like uconn.
seeing as how this is an exhibition, does that mean there are zero consequences for either team losing?
or does this still carry some weight/risk to it?
Doesn't seem like it, not on the schedule.Just to confirm. If you live outside CT, the WFSB + plus app wont have the game?
If you have a streaming service that gets the channel in CT but you live elsewhere, you can probably VPN into it (assuming your streaming service of choice doesn't successfully block VPNs).Can this be circumvented using a VPN?
Just be thankful it's not on the Wax. My god that was a poop show with a regular season football game.
No consequences. It's like a preseason NFL game except both teams are legitimately trying to win (while not risking injury and getting as many players as possible playing time).hey all, quick q -

Just watch it on your tv if you have a smart tv.I have a 24" desktop computer in the spare bedroom. It's pretty decent way to watch.

I just opened my Roku homepage and did a search for WFSB+. All set. I think.

Zero consequences except to AP voters. For example CJ Moore from the Athletic moved Kentucky to 1 and Purdue to 8 based off their exhibition. Wasnโt his official AP poll since that was before most exhibitions, but definitely gonna carry into the season (assuming thereโs not another preseason poll which I donโt think there is). Pretty dumb if you ask meNo consequences. It's like a preseason NFL game except both teams are legitimately trying to win (while not risking injury and getting as many players as possible playing time).
this is what I was wanting to know. Does something like this ^, matter to UConn? will it hurt us to play more guys at the cost of a win? will we treat this more like a regular game, to ensure we don't get bad blood from pundits/voters? or is it truly an exhibition in fullness of spirit...Zero consequences except to AP voters.
