Once again, I’m puzzled that you can be a recruited D1 pitcher for an upper tier program and not throw your fastball for a strike. Or that you are a recruited D1 pitcher for an upper tier program and not be developed over months and years in the program to throw strikes.

and I’m not even complaining about a lack of a second pitch for most of these kids. Or a lack of a third for a kid like Cooke.

I agree but as you know it will never change due to higher costs of wooden bats.

I love the sound of a wooden bat hit compared to the ping of aluminum.
