Top 5th, a bases loaded sac fly brings in a run to make it 6-2 Bryant.
 
Bottom 5th, a one out Kyler Fedko triple drives in Bushling to make it 6-3 going to the top of the 6th.
 
Top 6th, Andrew Marrero now pitching for UConn. Strands a runner at 3rd after a leadoff double.

Top 7th, Marrero gets the first two outs, then Wurster comes in to face a string of lefty hitters. Wurster hits the first batter he faces (that's 5 hit by pitches by UConn pitchers so far today), then a double drives in a run to make it 7-3. A single makes it 8-3. Follows that with another hit by pitch, six on the day for UConn pitchers. 8-3 going to the bottom of the 7th.

The major league record for HBP is a game by one team is 6. I’m having a hard time finding the college record, but two guys did hit 7 in a game all by their lonesome. Rhett Ballard, Virginia Tech vs. Duke, May 15, 2008; Andrew Miller, North Carolina vs. Virginia April 1, 2005
 
Bottom 7th, Kevin Ferrer returns from injury with a leadoff pinch hit single, Bushling singles, and Kyler Fedko triples them home to make it 8-5 with no out. Crawford with an rbi ground out to make it 8-6.
