I have been unimpressed with the outfield throws so far this season.

I was thinking same thing. Going for series win throw your best in 8th. Did see some positives from the offense. Hit the ball hard, just a big park

They were pretty firm in using Afthim for only the 9th last year. I don’t love that in college ball. I like bringing in the big pen arm to get tough outs late - like facing 2,3,4 in the 8th & not closing the game if they are 1 inning guys.

Afthim went multiple innings multiple times last year. Finn is fresh. Don’t know why we didn’t go to him. Unless lack of confidence.
