Thank you to all for all the updates. This is the only thread I consistently read from the very beginning to end (without checking a score) to get the play by play! Well done to all who posted.

Feldstein just broke a metal bat!?!?!?

Doesn't happen often. My son broke a new 2 game used $400 Demarini composite a few years ago in AAU. I almost schlit! They sent him a new one w/o question.

There is blood in the water..let's see if our team is fierce enough to smell it.

LeFevre throws out a runner trying to steal to end the 5th. Chris Jones says it is the first time since April 9 that a UConn catcher has thrown out an attempted stolen base. Feole struck out 2, walked 1 in this inning.

We did it Reddit! LeFevre throws someone out to end the top of the 5th.

3-1 UConn, time to show a killer instinct with Feole dealing.

McClanahan retires UConn in order in the 5th. Both pitchers have settled down.

Easy 1-2-3 inning for Feole in the 6th. Feole has thrown 81 pitches, so he should be good for 1 or 2 more innings.

USF makes a nice defemsive play to keep the score at 3-1.

Would like for Feole to go one more, then bring in Russell.

USF solo home run makes the game 3-2. So frustrating that this offense sucks with the lead.

Feole gets out of the 7th with a 3-2 UConn lead. Not sure if we will see him in the 8th.
