UConn Transfers Out Performances With New Teams

And returns kicks and punts. Maybe UConn is better at WR than Miami.....SB makes me not regret Marion leaving.
?????????

Trader, Toney and Daniels would start over anyone UCONN could field at the present time and it would not IMO be particularly close. Marion is icing on the cake. I know we are feeling ourselves a bit after Saturday but let’s try and stay grounded LOL.

If you add Ross and Marion to our roster, they would start at WR with Bell and we’d be a better team. That’s just the reality. Dealing with what we have, Shamar Porter playing up to his potential could change that equation, but we haven’t seen that yet.

Yates was listed as the starter on more than one "projected" depth charts I saw. Of course, it was reported that Belichick released a "blank" depth chart before the game because, you know, he is Belichick and he needs to draw attention to himself...

So if Yates was healthy and available, it is surprising he didn't get a snap. Perhaps he is hurt or had some other reason for not playing.

Even in a blowout loss, he didn't get a snap. Is it weird to say I hope he is injured rather than he won't see the field due to his skills and scheme mismatch.
As long as it’s a minor injury and will be able to play in a week or two, I wouldn’t call it weird.

Not exactly the portal- but same idea. Helluva debut for that UNC DL last night.

Same old story...

The Purdue football defense in 2020 played under new Defensive Coordinator Bob Diaco, who was hired after the previous season's defensive struggles. The defense had significant challenges, particularly against power run games in the Big Ten, and relied heavily on defensive line play from players like George Karlaftis and the leadership of veteran Lorenzo Neal. The overall season saw the defense ranked poorly, with hopes for future improvement placed on younger players and the ability to adapt to Diaco's scheme.
