Idk if I’m misremembering but I appreciate that the program as a whole is giving us some of the content we desire. I love seeing the videos they’ve been posting and seeing the internal competition stuff is also cool.

Team does series of explosive movement drills throughout camp. like speed cone drill, one leg hop drill ... each time you are the best or fastest within your player group you get a point. Think there is about 10 types of drills.

Can't access the article but the headline alone is enough to have a discussion on... I'm exited about Mitchell (Scott Lutrus 2.0... only because he's a home grown just the same).... Looking forward to see how he produces at the 2nd level on D for us...
