Crawford led the league in RBI over the first two weeks of action, knocking in nine runs for the Huskies. Through six games, Crawford is 8-for-24 (.333). In UConn’s 10-9 win at Virginia, Crawford went 1-for-4 with two runs and two walks.
Austin Peterson, UConn, Jr., RHP
Peterson has had two appearances for UConn, pitching 9.2 innings and striking out 10. He is 1-0 on the season with a 1.86 ERA. In the Huskies 10-7 win at Southern Mississippi Peterson went 6.0 innings with eight strikeouts and just two hits, allowing for one run. <-
