UConn @ Seton Hall - Fri. 3/24 @3p, Sat. 3/25@11a & Sun. 3/26 @11a

Montgomerie gets out of a big bases loaded jam in the 6th unscathed. Score still 2-1 Seton Hall. Montgomerie is now over 100 pitches on the game, we'll see if the bullpen is called on in the 7th.

UConn offense continues to be rather quiet. Rajkowski in to pitch the bottom of the 7th.

Chris Jones has been saying all day that the umpire's strike zone has been very inconsistent. At any rate, Seton Hall showing itself off as a solid pitching and defense outfit so far in this series.

Seton Hall picks up a run off a sac fly in the 8th, making it 3-1 in their favor. Huskies coming up for the top of the 9th.

Amazing how often UConn offense makes some noise late in games, whether or not they win.

Prato pops up, Seton Hall wins.

Guess I'll have to content myself with watching UConn women's basketball trying to beat UCLA.

That Feldstein sequence was killer.

We won the game we were least likely to win, then dropped the game we were most likely to win. Monster game tomorrow.

Why swing on a 3-1 count when the pitcher was clearly having control issues?Ugh
I was thinking the same thing. Take a pitch. It's either ball 4 or a strike which results in a 3-2 count and all the base runners are on the move.
