P.S. In a vacuum 1990 or MState or Florida are the most painful losses. Any of those at the time were MUCH more painful than GM which I'd characterize as more embarrassing than painful. Better to have loved (won a chip) and (then) lost, then never to have loved (made a final four) at all.
