After the shot, Louisville went down missed a 3, got fouled, missed foul shots. Then they foul bazz with essentially no time left. On UConn's last game playing possession J-Lamb made a shot that gave UConn a lead. In my eyes, that should be a game winner.

As a neutral observer, I would say if the last UConn shot attempt fort(s) the ead, as it were and there are no other made shots, it should count. No extending the game FT's, no other UConn shot attempts, no other scoring by the opposition, just futile desperation heaves before the buzzer.
