I thought about this as well, but the question doesn't specifically state that they had to become a head coach after being at UConn. Blaney became a head coach at several schools, and was also a UConn assistant. And ultimately, reverse sheep round is about finding unique or interesting answers, even if it's by a technicality, so that was my reason for allowing it.

Also, as tcf details below, Blaney was actually credited with some wins and losses at UConn during one of Calhoun's absences.
