Wow. Love that drill.
They have been on a college campus for 4 or 5 years. Castle has been there a month. Give the kid some time to adjust. Please.Spencer and Newton might both average 15+, extremely skilled and savvy backcourt. You can tell it’s Newtons team now.
Castle looked like the clear third of wheel of the ball handlers. He took it to Spencer multiple times, but doesn’t do much without the ball, and had a rough time shooting all afternoon. I know it won’t be a popular take, but I still won’t be shocked if he comes off the bench for a better shooter, or Samson takes his spot by simply being more impactful.
Shell drillWow. Love that drill.
Can’t wait to go to Phog. Hope it’s 1 vs 2Bring me Kansas yesterday. We’re bringin an army to the Phog.
I was one of em lolThanks to all for the video updates some very cool stuff. Funny hearing people say “he doesn’t miss” as Cam kept filling it up.
Tristen looked great, especially during the second game. Played aggressive and drove the ball, cutting through the defense and scoring easilyFor those of you who went to the practice.. Haven't seen much of Tristen in the videos or comments about his play.. Seemed like Cam was playing with the ball in his hands/filling it up in the videos.. How did Tristen look ? Not concerned but curious..
He is the glue for this team....Tristen looked great, especially during the second game. Played aggressive and drove the ball, cutting through the defense and scoring easily
Nick Timberlake who?
Ball and Roumouglu have excellent form on their jump shot. Spencer has a really high release that makes his tough to stop. Ross has good form with his hands but he seems to have a forward body leanPhoto gallery: UConn men’s basketball open practice - 7/29/23
