UConn Athletics is proud to announce the formation of the new official student section, The Pack! The group is led by an executive board and committee of dedicated and passionate students who already support all of the Husky teams, attend many games, and are involved with leading the student section on gamedays. The Pack will be responsible for enhancing the campus spirit and pride, encouraging students to attend home events for all programs, and making our home courts, fields, and ice the toughest places to play in the country.
The executive board is excited to get started. "Representing UConn's student section is our honor. We hope to create a more organized and ultimately fun environment full of school spirit. As a whole committee we will do our best so that UConn's Pack won't go unnoticed. We look forward to seeing you in the stands! Go Huskies!"
The Pack will not take the place of existing student sections at UConn, but will work in concert with them to provide the best gameday atmosphere in the country.

Will never ever happen.I thought this article was going to announce a new sideline student section at Gampel
First they change the logo to wolf, then they change the Dog Pound to the Pack...Not sure how I feel about this. The first thing that comes to mind when I see that is NC State.
