Interesting note- the stadium where the Ospreys of Northern Florida play is called Harmon Stadium/Dusty Rhodes Field. I thought Big Dust was "born to be a wrassler", but he had a namesake who was a longtime baseball coach at UNF.

There have been a number of people known as Dusty Rhodes. There was the wrestler, there was the North Florida coach, and then there was a baseball player in the 1950's. He played for among others the New York Giants and was known as an excellent pinch hitter, including some home runs.

I understand but big upsets are far, far more common in college during the midweek...local teams tend to struggle out of conference against opposing teams best pitchers.

Georgia State and Georgia Tech are red hot.

That is indeed baseball on all levels. Underdogs beat the favorites more often in this sport than possibly any other. That is why a college team potentially moves up in the rankings when they win a series two out of three.
