Fair enough! And I have every reason to believe KO is a stand up guy. But until he wins and makes the tourney consistently, Uconn remains in the "can't win without bending and breaking rules" file!
We will be very good.
We certainly must have different definitions of "very good".
And you will be hard pressed to win the new Conference USA.
Yeah, we have a couple really tough teams to deal with. Of course 66.6% of the time we have won the national championship, we have not won our regular season conference championship.
I tried to look up your national championship to conference championship data, but it keeps coming up "Not Applicable".
I've always wondered what makes someone's life so boring, lonely and pointless that he has to troll an opposing team's message board for fun.I thought you guys were making a hard run at Melvin Swift '14? Plan on running him out of town in '15 or '16?
Whatever the AAC or whatever you call it
Missing the point. When Louisville leaves, you're conference will suck. 2 bids if you're lucky. Far worse that the A10. Ollie will have to schedule and win some tough road games to get any love. Third place in the AAC won't get you in. Look at the bright side, maybe you can get Stony Brook and Vermont to replace Louisville and Rutgers.

Clothy, you are an idiot.
We won the Big East more than any other school, now we can't finish Top 2 in a crappy conference? What you and your ilk will never understand is that our success is in no way dependent on those around us. UConn wins. Championships. National Championships. Get your mind around what that means and I promise you will figure out why it doesn't matter if we play SMU, ECU or Providence.
Your current coach has one season under his belt where he finished 8th in the Big East. The Calhoun era is over. Lets see how you do without a rule bending/breaking coach.
I suspect the end of the Calhoun era is weighing more on PC minds than ours. What game is going to be your championship now?[/quYour kidding right? I was wondering how we could get PC into this thread. Now you've done it. Clothy is a UMass fan and needs to believe JC is in the same category as the squid in order to feel better. You can waste all the time you want with guys like him but nothing will change. If it makes you feel better go for it. But he isn't hearing you!I suspect the end of the Calhoun era is weighing more on PC minds than ours. What game is going to be your championship now?

UMass fans whack off to the thought of UConn not dominating New England. They'd probably rather see us fade into mediocrity than see themselves get good again. Unfortunately, there's no way that statement will be proven, since neither is going to happen.
We should finish at the top of our conference and make the tourney. We will be very good. Maybe you'll get a chance to find out how season
Careful for what you wish for Clothy. UConn is ranked between #11 & 19 pre season. I don't see UMass anywhere in the rankings.
Second, we've beaten you 29 of the last 30 times we've played. Plus, UMass hasn't made the big show in 16 years. Get there and we'll talk.

This coming from a moron who supported Calipari.....oh damn that's the last time UMass was anything and the "anything" banner was taken away........you're truly an idiot Clothy but thanks for your interest in UConn basketball, have to believe in a winner somehow!! Thanks
So while we're communicating explain to me the "bending/breaking" crap your spewing? Elaborate a bit if you can come up with anything at......maybe JC was recruiting and mentioned that Louie Carnesseca was going to quit because he had cancer? Oh NO that was Calipari as an assistant coach with Pitt I'm sorry my bad......well maybe you can come up with something a**wipe!! let us know
