One thing that gives me confidence is this team has sort of answered the bell for big games this season. Our struggles have come against the teams we felt "we should beat"(Memphis, Dayton, Colorado, Nova, Creighton, Xavier). Gonzaga, Baylor(sans Karaban), @Texas, @Marquette were all games where we were up for the challenge. Now in hindsight we may degrade some of these wins. But at the time they were no doubt big games. This team may get the "soft" monicker. But I think it's undeniable that they have balls. Even against Memphis down 14 with 4 minutes to go we pushed that game into overtime. Down against PC and DePaul they didn't fold. I think this team responds to adversity extremely well. I think we make a statement in a big way and begin to solidify a top 5 seed in the tourney tonight. Go Huskies!
