Adams is fitting in very nicely in the Giants secondary, he also saved broke up a ball coming out o nowhere to save the Eagles from getting an easy TD..

Former #UConn S Andrew Adams makes list of "10 Best Players From Sunday's Week 9 NFL Action
Top 10 NFL players from Week 9

>>3. Andrew Adams, S, New York Giants
An undrafted free agent, Andrew Adams made his fifth start for the Giants in their win over Philadelphia on Sunday, and this was by far the biggest impact he has made. He led the team in tackles by two from his safety position, and recorded an interception and pass breakup in coverage as a true standout for the Giants this week. His four games coming into Sunday were all various shades of average, but this was a true game-changing performance from the rookie.<<

Andrew Adams clocks in the highest PPF grade on the Giants D in Sunday's game and third highest grade in the NFL.
PFF: Andrew Adams was Giants’ best player vs. Eagles

It was a young safety who PFF says stole the show with an impressive 91.8 grade ... but it wasn’t Landon Collins. No, PFF says that in his 73 snaps it was an undrafted rookie who wasn’t just the Giants’ best player, but the best player on the field Sunday on any unit on either team. In fact, Adams was PFF’s third-highest rated player in the entire NFL Sunday.

Can the mystery team drop Davis two days later and move him to their practice squad?

No, not allowed. He is now on a regular roster I believe for 3 or 4 weeks.

Too bad about Davis but you could see the writing on the wall once Roger Lewis went ahead of him on the depth chart, best of luck to him in SD.

Probably for the best. He was going to rot sitting on the practice squad. Roger Lewis, Tavares King and Dwayne Harris were clearly ahead of him and will take the place of Cruz should he succumb to his fragile self.

SD always seem to have terrible luck with WR and their health so this could be an ideal spot for Davis to come in and show he can play. Rivers likes to throw the ball around so I'm hoping he gets a chance to play. With Benjamin out this week it will interesting to see if Davis gets some PT. Rumor is they will be running more plays with both TE Henry and Gates. Hopefully they try Davis out there as well. Wish the kid well yet wish he stuck with the Giants
