Anyone know whether the plan was Quigs or Coe in game 2? Given last weekend, have to assume it's going to be Quigley.

What was most encouraging was how we clearly belonged and look like the superior team for large stretches of the game. Baseball is a funny sport, and you can win games where you are clearly outplayed based on a couple of fluke plays, but we were clearly the better team today. The players earned this.

Special shoutouts to our defense and all those FCIAC kids who got to watch UConn celebrate today.

Nice game. They missed some opportunities to score and need to tighten that up. Defense by middle infielders was superb. My biggest complaint was the slides by Tammaro at home and Studley who was caught stealing second. Better slides should have avoided those outs.

I like this for Hyde’s sake but I think Penders was too pissed with Korey still at third to make the move and it worked out. The situational baseball is head scratching at times and it’s not coaching a good portion of the time.

Wow! Today I was driving and listened to the game at times. No BY. After the win I check out this thread and will say I appreciate our enthusiasm, but some posts made during the game were….somewhat foolish.
